Safety is our priority, it sets the stage for everything we do. As a major airport company, we have an in-house Occupational Health & Safety Unit (OHSU), and have developed a Safety Management System (SMS) that is implemented by all staff. We are focused and proactive in our SMS where safety training initiatives and measures play an integral part.

Overall, we have Safety Audits and GSE Maintenance Programme to ensure health and safety in every aspect of our operations; for our staff, our customers and all other airport users.

Outlined below is our commitment in promoting a safety culture:

• Signed Occupational Safety Charter and Workplace Hygiene Charter in 2000 and 2003 respectively - pledging promotion of health and safety awareness in the workplace.
• Member of the Occupational Safety & Health Council's Green Cross Group since 2000.
