JASL Emergency Information and Control Centre (JEICC)
Our control centre is the initial handling point of an accident or major incident that occurs within the capacity of JASL/JATS at the airport. When an incident occurs, the JEICC is activated immediately to coordinate all communications between respective airlines, local authorities and other relevant support units.
It is also a Central Information Centre where all information related to the accident such as details of passengers, crew and next of kin, are collated. Members of the JEICC team are responsible for the care and support of uninjured passengers and crew, and the organization of rescue operations.
Telephone Enquiry Centre (TEC)
We have a call centre dedicated to handling telephone enquiries from the public in the event of a major incident. We assist our airline partners in answering calls based on information gathered by the airline concerned.
