Once we design a solution, we can assign our pioneered concept of dedicated service teams of professional staff to implement it and can also provide airline branding if required.
JASL provide check-in, boarding, reception, baggage lost and found services, as well as ticketing and passenger information services on behalf of the airlines we serve.

- Check-in functions at Terminals 1 and 2, In-Town Check-In facilities and SkyPier

- Gate services for arrival and departure flights
- VIP meet and greet services
- Lounge receptionist
Baggage Lost and Found Services
Ticketing and Passenger Information Services
- Ticketing and reservation services at the ticketing counters in Terminals 1 and 2
