We were one of the first organizations to send employees who could work remotely home from the office. Employees may apply to work from home one day per week.
We allowed non-shift employees to flex their work hours between 0730-1930 for 8.5 hours in total. To ensure collaboration with teammates, employee’s core working hours are set to be between 1000-1600 local time.
We embraced colleagues be their most comfortable self. Employees can choose to wear Casual, Smart Casual or Business Formal depends on their moods and working needs.
