JASG is proud to be recognized in the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence Award 2017. Our Passenger Services Contingency Team wins the bronze award in the Team Award – Field & Special Service category. Our safety programme “Every Flight Matters” is a winning programme in the Outstanding Customer Service Programme Award category.
Our Passenger Services Contingency Team is a 24-hour stand-by team which provides a complete coverage of customer protection and service recovery during irregularities including typhoons, massive flight delays and cancellations, aircraft emergency landing and aircraft accident drills.
We launched the “Every Flight Matters” safety campaign from June 2016 to June 2017 to improve staff’s awareness on safety at work through events, roadshows and new promotional materials. The feedback from staff is very positive and the result is encouraging with a lower incident rate.
